Who are we?
Sam Gardner (Co-Producer) graduated from the University of Kent in 2010 with a first class MDRAMA degree, specialising in stand-up comedy.
Sam has been working as a stand-up comedian, in and around Kent, for over two years. He has played to packed crowds, briefly supported Sarah Millican and got through to the semi-finals of the Chortle Student Comedy Awards in 2010.
He has also spent some time working as a freelance stand-up mentor and is excited to be continuing this work within Chatback Comedy.
Sam enjoys classic rock, cask ale and Marvel comic books! He firmly believes the Moomins would win in a fight between all 90's TV characters. Sam likes hats.
Lucy Danser (Co-Producer) is a 24 year old female. She has graduated from the University of Kent with an MDram in Creative Producing.
She has worked as an Actress in the US, at the Edinburgh Festival, regionally (Spring Awakening, Gulbenkian Theatre, Canterbury/The Little Mermaid, Katch 22, Twinlakes Theme Park, Melton Mowbray) and on the London Fringe (The Diary of Anne Frank, Bridewell Theatre, Cunning Stunts, Hen & Chickens Theatre). She also works as a Producer (Prophecy in the Future Tenses, Cairo International Festival, Egypt).
Her greatest love in life is Comedy. Making and watching people laugh is the best, but she reckons she'd be a rubbish stand up. So she produces comedy and directs Comedic shows and scenes (Production Assistant,The Illusion Brothers, Blow Up Theatre Company, Gilded Balloon, Edinburgh Festival/Writer/Director, Dracula, Katch 22, P&0 Cruises). Chatback Comedy is her first comedy club and she's thrilled with it's success so far.
